Did you buy foods containing allulose because they claimed to be “Zero Sugar” or “Sugar Free”?
Dozens of foods products—including protein bars, candies, snacks, ice creams, and sauces and syrups—are marketed as “Zero Sugar,” “Sugar Free,” “No Sugar Added,” or “0g Sugar.”
But many of these foods contain allulose, which is a type of sugar. We are investigating whether these claims mislead consumers.
We are selecting potential plaintiffs now. If you purchased any of the food products listed below in California and have a receipt or online order record, please reply today, if possible, with a screenshot. You may qualify to serve as a named plaintiff and may be eligible for monetary compensation.
